Look, I’ve had my share of #CookingFails in my lifetime. The following recipe for s’more dip IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
Just make this one time, and you’ll ask yourself, “where has this been all of my life?”
- graham crackers
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
In small stovetop saucepan, melt chocolate chips on low heat until smooth. Do not burn. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover melted chocolate chips with marshmallows. Bake saucepan in oven for 5-10 minutes, or until melted marshmallows are golden brown. Serve with graham crackers.
IT’S THAT SIMPLE.
I tired this the other day and I was stoked. I mean, stoked. I great up loving campfire s’mores as a kid, but that’s almost impossible to replicate as an adult (unless you have a fireplace or fire pit at the ready). This does the job, and it does it well. Plus, it’s so easy that anyone can do it. You don’t have to be some gourmet chef with too much time on your hands to make this happen. Chocolate goodness is waiting for you. Go get it.
